Our first step will be to meet with your company representatives, preferably people that have the authority to make marketing related decisions: Business Owner, President, CEO, Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, Manager of a particular Marketing Department, etc. This first meeting is known as a briefing. The purpose of this initial meeting is to get acquainted and to exchange as much information as possible on each other’s businesses. Thus you will know what our expertise is and we will begin to understand your business, immediate projects and futures goals. We will also set a timeframe and schedule the next steps.

The next major step (2) will be for us to work on our proposal that will be designed to fulfill your goals at optimum price and within the timeframe. At this stage we will utilize our creativity and things will definitely get out of the box. But don’t worry, we will be firmly anchored by the brief and at the end of the day we will deliver our effective solution – step 3.

The presentation, or step 3, will be a meeting, where we will elaborate on our ideas and proposed marketing actions. For most of the projects you (the customer) will be given a number of options. Those options will mainly concern the number of marketing tools used to achieve the final goals or the complexity of each of those tools.

Then we will give you enough time to consider our proposal. Sometimes we will have to fine tune all the details, but at the end of this 4^th step we will have an action plan, ready to be executed.

Step 5: upon mutual agreement on the plan, budget and timeframe we will kick into high gear and start implementing that plan into real products and actions. Along the way we might have to readjust some details, but only if it is for the better of the project. Major changes are highly unlikely to occur.

The 6^th and final step will be to deliver the final product or service. Of course, you will be given the opportunity to test the product and provide final comments or ask for minor adjustments. Big changes at this stage are not impossible, but might delay the project and cost extra. At this stage, if necessary, we will provide training for the staff that will be in charge with the ready product. We will also expect a debrief – a short meeting or simply a recommendations exchange, that will allow us to get feedback on our work and to see if you are fully satisfied with the project.
